the apartment room it was very clean. the kitchen and washing machine ARE convenient. the hotel is very convenient TO get to locations. plus, the staff WAS helpful.
the night duty manager WAS unhelpful. he lied about the rooms. he wouldn't explain the hole in the bedroom wall. HE also said all rooms have this feature. the street it's on it is a bit grubby. says there IS parking when there is none.

The room was spacious. It had modern amenities and very comfortable beds! The rooftop terrace provided a suggestive view of the city. There was also a supermarket very close, for shopping.
The room smelled bad. The carpet looked quite dirty. The breakfast was the same food every day . The coffee was also very weak, not good.

the hotel had a great location, near shops and restaurants. our apartment included a washing machine, it was very convenient. i found the staff were friendly, which i found helpful.
the room servicing only occurred every three days, this was not ideal. i found the shower door did not shut properly, and the bathroom floor became wet. the bed linen quality could be better, i noticed.

I found the rooms spacious and well equipped for my visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is GREAT, within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
The room was VERY hot, and opening the windows let in a LOT of noise at night. I got VERY little sleep.

The breakfast had fresh produce, fruit, bread, and juices. The hot food was also very good. The bar by the lobby provides relaxation. Alcohol prices seemed reasonable. The bar does not open on Sundays or Mondays.

The staff was friendly. They were also polite. A front desk clerk helped me get to my city train tour. The staff addressed repair issues with the dryer and towel rack very quickly.

The pool and sauna area was well presented. The hotel has a small spa and a gym. I saw a washing machine in the kitchen. It was great for my stopover. There is basement parking.

The hotel sits minutes from the main shopping area, bars and restaurants. The location is central and VERY convenient. The hotel is near a museum. I found it easy to access the railway station.
